Choir

The Church of the Good Shepherd (COGS) Choir’s main objective and goal is to inspire choir members to pursue spiritual growth through sacred music. The Choir also participates in the evangelistic activities of the church and coordinate music ministries with other churches to strengthen the Choir members’ spirit in service and worship.

The COGS Choir was established in January 1966, initiated and led by the late Mrs. Lau Teik Oon, wife of the late Ven Lau, former Vicar of COGS. Thank God for His blessings, the Choir has been taught by many faithful conductors through so many years and the ministry continues without any interruption. Thank God for His Grace! The Choir meets regularly every Saturday afternoon to practice and lead hymns for Sunday worship services, as well as preparation for monthly hymn dedication presentations. We welcome you to join us in offering our praises to our Lord and singing His glory!
